"Better busy than bored Bek" I used to call myself, back in my twenties. Back then I was a bartender, barista, retail assistant, salad maker, recruitment administrator, office manager, marketing coordinator, executive assistant, dance teacher, summer camp counselor, studio manager, and HR something. To name a few. Often many at the same time.

Now I'm edging closer to my forties, I am obviously way wiser, and doing a (slightly) better job at prioritising self care, personal relationships, and living life as a human being, whilst balancing that with my can't-sit-still-over-achieving-A-type personality.
Having recently been a Full Time CEO, Small Business Owner, and Yoga & Pilates Teacher all at once, I've done most jobs from Bin day to Budgets to Book-keeping to Board meetings, and sometimes all in the same day.

I have always been a people focused leader and operator with a passion for helping others thrive. If you are a sole trader, small business owner, or side hustler who needs a business bestie to provide advice or get hands on and do the work, I'm your gal.

Why?
Because I am passionate about (and good at) helping others, and I know first hand the struggles (and costs) of having to go all in as a small business / sole trader / side-hustler and oooff, it can be tough out there. I provide services most of us need with flexibility to suit your needs so that you can get tailored and specific support, designed for you.

Who gave me the dang right?

I did. But also, apart from being a general all-rounder with all the experience listed above and then some, I also have:

A Bachelor of Business with a major in Management and Leadership.

A Diploma in Dance Teaching, and Small Business Management.

A variety of qualifications and certificates including First Aid, CPR, Yoga (Vinyasa), Yoga (Hot 26 & 2), Pilates, Barre, Zumba, and, you obviously saw this coming, eyelash lifting and tinting.

A valid Working with Children Check, Police Check, Insurance

A kick-ass work ethic that you just can't teach these days, I keep being told.
